For the convenience of our patrons with disabilities, all entrances in the KeyBank Center are accessible. The main entrances to the building are equipped with electric power doors.

Accessible seats are available on all Levels of the KeyBank Center.

Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group that requires accommodations please call the Account Services Office. Patrons requiring accessible seating are allowed up to three companion seats.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at Guest Services for most events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.

Live captioning during Sabres and Bandits games is displayed on the end zone message boards. Live captioning is also available on the Sabres mobile app, which can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play.

Elevators are available for our Suite holders and patrons with disabilities. These elevators are located in the Pavilion to the right behind the escalators nearest to Main Street. The elevator in the Pavilion stops at all Levels. The elevator located by the Security Office stops at all Levels except the 300 Level. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, KeyBank Center Representatives are available. All elevators are accessible, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones.

Escalators are located at each end of the Pavilion, and will take you to the 100 Level seating, food courts, Labatt Blue Zone, 1970 Club, and merchandise stands. From the 100 Level, there are express escalators directly to the 300 Level.

Reserved season-long parking is available for Season Ticket holders. To purchase season-long parking, simply contact the Account Services Office. Please check the location on your parking pass or call the Account Services Office for detailed information. Parking is available on a limited game-to-game basis in both the KeyBank Center parking ramp, LECOM Harborcenter parking ramp, and KeyBank Center surface lots. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The KeyBank Center parking ramp and LECOM Harborcenter parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators. There are a number of private parking lots in the area (not affiliated with KeyBank Center or the Buffalo Sabres).

PURCHASE PARKING

Restrooms are located throughout the concourses. All restrooms are accessible and have baby-changing tables. In addition, accessible unisex family restrooms are available as follows:

• 100 Level between Aisles 7 and 8
• 200 Level between Aisles 15 and 16
• 300 Level between Aisles 12 and 13

Sensory kits are available free of charge at Guest Services for all events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. Arrangements can be made in advance by calling the Account Services Office.

Service animals are permitted at KeyBank Center. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve accessible seating if available. Emotional Support animals will not be permitted inside KeyBank Center.

Account Services will be open by appointment only until further notice.

Account Services will be open during game times, as normally scheduled, to support any ticketing needs.

The Ticket Windows at KeyBank Center will be open on weekdays from 10 am - 4 pm

• Street Level in the Pavilion next to the ticket windows (Cash Court)

Note: KeyBank Center is cashless.

Backstage passes are not available through KeyBank Center.

All bags, backpacks and purses are prohibited. Clutches no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5" are permitted and will be subject to visual inspection. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after they go through a thorough security screening.

Business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and closed on Saturday and Sunday.

On Arena event days, business hours are 12:00 p.m. through the end of the event.

For your convenience, KeyBank Center's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office. All event hours subject to change.

The camera policies are determined by the nature of the event:

• Buffalo Sabres/Buffalo Bandits games: Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras (including digital) with long lenses provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods are NOT permitted.
• Guests may only take photos from their seats, and are not permitted to use the "mouseholes" in the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey or lacrosse only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the 200 level platforms and glass cut outs.

Adults may bring children ages 3 and under into a Sabres or Bandits game without a ticket. For other events, the age limitation may vary. Please contact the Account Services Office for details.

Coat Check is only offered during Sabres games.

• 100 Level - Located just inside each entrance to the 1970 Club.
• 200 Level - Located at the concierge desk across from the west end elevators.

There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings available in convenient locations for our guests' enjoyment. In-seat food and beverage service is available to Club seat patrons on the 200 level during Sabres games. All concession stands are accessible. Concession assistants are available at each concession stand to assist guests with visual impairments. For the safety of our staff and guests, all concession stands are cashless.

Outside food and drink are generally not allowed in KeyBank Center. However, our policy continues to allow guests to bring outside food or beverage into KeyBank Center when the food or beverage is required for medical purposes. We do accept Canadian currency at our Concessions and Sabres store.

The opening times vary according to the nature of the event. Typically, times are as follows, but may vary:

• Regular season Buffalo Sabres games - Limited access doors will open 90 minutes before Sabres games. Full access doors will open 60 minutes before game time
• Regular season Buffalo Bandits games - Full access doors will open 90 minutes before game time
• Concerts/Events generally have full access open 1 hour before show start time.

All persons entering KeyBank Center must be appropriately dressed wearing shirt and shoes. During hockey games, the 1970 Club observes a business casual dress code.

Drinking fountains are located on all Levels and are accessible.

KeyBank Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost, stolen, or left behind, please contact Account Services at 716-855-4100

Emergency exits are located throughout KeyBank Center and are clearly marked in red. KeyBank Center Representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.

Firearms or weapons of any kind are not permitted inside KeyBank Center or on its surrounding property at any time.

If you require first aid, please let a KeyBank Center Representative know, or go to either of the Guest Services locations (see below). The representative may escort you to the First Aid Room, which is located on the Ground Level by the Security Office.

Guest Services is located on the 100 Level (between Aisles 7 and 8), on the 200 level located next to 200 level bridge and on the 300 Level (between Aisles 13 and 14). Guest Services is there to assist you with any concern you may have. Guest Services opens one hour prior to the event and will remain open until one half-hour after the event ends.

We do not do straightforward ice rental; however, there are opportunities for youth teams to get ice time with a Buffalo Sabres group sales purchase. If you are interested, you can contact Ed Grudzinski at (716) 855-4174.

There may be instances when inclement weather affects events. Tickets will not be refunded for any event held as scheduled. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, KeyBank Center will announce policies and procedures at that time.

Access to the 200 Level KeyBank Club at Buffalo Sabres games is available exclusively to Suiteholders and 200 Club Seat Holders.

The Labatt Blue Zone is centrally located on the 100 Level overlooking the Pavilion. The bar will be open 90 minutes before Sabres game time and will be offering a full bar, friendly service, and a great view of Downtown Buffalo. Food service is available in the adjacent food courts.

LOST AND FOUND

A lockable lactation suite is available in the Pavilion near the 200/Suite Level Elevators. The suite is accessible and has multiple power sources. To unlock the suite, patrons may sign out the key at Account Services located in the Pavilion next to the Box Office.

KeyBank Center reserves the right to deny entry to any person or persons that are in possession of an item(s) that KeyBank Center management deems inappropriate. These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to the KeyBank Center. Items not permitted inside the KeyBank Center include, but are not limited to, the following:

The Arena is conveniently located on 2 major bus routes and on the NFTA's Metro Rail rapid transit system, which services the city of Buffalo.

Re-entry to events is not permitted at KeyBank Center. For those patrons with a medical emergency, please go to the Account Services Office located in the pavilion.

There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at KeyBank Center.

The Sabres Store, located in the west end of the Pavilion, offers the world's largest selection of Buffalo Sabres merchandise, including jerseys, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more for adults, youth, and infants. The Sabres Store also carries exclusive Buffalo Sabres merchandise such as game-worn jerseys, hockey equipment, and limited edition collectibles. In order to ensure the safety and security of everyone, the team store will close 15 minutes before doors for enhanced safety measures. The Sabres Store will then reopen for ticketed patrons once doors open.

Assistance from KeyBank Center Security is available by notifying any KeyBank Center Representative. The Security Office is located on the Ground Level of the Arena and is accessible from the outside of the building. Security staff will be wearing grey blazers during events.

KeyBank Center is a smoke-free facility. In becoming a smoke-free facility, there will no longer be designated smoking areas on arena property, and fans will not be permitted to smoke on the grounds during any games or events, including the use of electronic tobacco products (including e-cigarettes, Nicotine inhalers, etc.).

The Suite Level at KeyBank Center contains 80 private luxury suites offering exclusive accommodations and an intimate atmosphere perfect for entertaining business associates, clients, friends, or family. Features of the Suite Level include: a private concourse with special parking access, concierge and in-suite dining services, and superior views of on-ice action.

Lawley Party Suite:

The Lawley Party Suite is located on the suite level in the KeyBank Center. The suite features an exclusive setting for special occasions such as sales meetings, birthdays, holidays, parties, or reunions. The suite experience also offers meal and beverage packages, a personal suite attendant, an optional wet bar upgrade, and a great view of the action. "Scalpers" and ticket brokers are not recognized as ticketing agents of KeyBank Center. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.

We urge everyone to purchase tickets through the KeyBank Center Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com.

With a donation of $20 from non-Season Ticket Members and no charge for Season Ticket Members, birthday messages will run on the HD Video Board throughout the course of a game. There is a two-day advance notification required, and requests can be submitted by filling out the online form.
