Box Office

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Friday
• 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m 
• On Arena event days, business hours are 12:00 p.m. through the end of the event.
• The box office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

For your convenience, KeyBank Center's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office. All event hours subject to change.
